CACI has provided simulation tools to its customers for decades. Although several simulation products we marketed have come and gone, CACI continued to provide SIMPROCESS as a modeling and simulation platform, and SIMSCRIPT as a simulation programming language. In recent years, CACI’s strategic vision has evolved away from these products in order to focus on better service towards its increasing customer base. Accordingly, CACI is announcing an end-of-life and end-of-support for these two products, effective September 30, 2022. Additionally, both products will no longer process requests for new or renewed licenses beginning on October 1, 2021. The existing policy of twelve months of support for an active license will remain in effect during this sunsetting period (e.g., support for a license renewed on March 15, 2021 will expire on March 14, 2022). In the interim, both products will continue to receive the same level of world-class support that we have provided for decades for active licenses. Any bugs to the products reported to our staff will be worked and new updates with corrections to these problems will be published until the expiration of the relevant twelve-month support period. After September 30, 2022, support will be unavailable, but both products will continue to work for customers in their current environment, as their licenses to use the products will not expire.
If anyone has any concerns or questions about their product or support, please contact either Mike Carpenter (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Randall Stephens (email@example.com), so that we can address any concerns.
